Open Night at 1st Rotherham Boys' Brigade

For our first session back at 1st Rotherham Boys' Brigade we decided to have an open night! This gave an opportunity for other boys and parents interested to drop in and get a feel for what we get up to. We showcased some of the crafts and themes that we had looked at so far this year and some new crafts too! All the boys and leaders (even parents!) got stuck in with making helmets, musical instruments and scratch art bookmarks.

After a very thorough craft session, we decided to come together for a snack and some juice (tea and coffee for grown ups!) before playing some games.Games at Boys' Brigade always seem to be a highlight – with everyone engaging in teamwork and having lots of fun!

Our current members played a big part in showing attendees how we fall in / out and other Boys' Brigade traditions whilst also making sure everyone was involved in the activities.
