Our ministry is to offer prayers for healing of body, mind, spirit and relationships to all in need by the power of the Holy Spirit through the name of Jesus.
Remember however, this ministry is in no sense offered as an alternative to medical care. Medical help should always be sought as God works through the gifts of medical science and professional medical staff.
We believe in:
a God who loves
a God who forgives
a God who speaks
a God who acts
a God who heals
In our prayers with individuals we ask that Jesus in the power of the Spirit will meet you at your point of need. Recovery of illness or a particular condition is what we hope and pray for, but another possibility is that we are strenghthened by God to cope with our illness, disability or condition. Nevertheless, we believe that God can bring healing and wholeness, if not always complete cure. We also seek, from God, release from stress and anxiety and ask for God's gift of peace. We ask God to bring change where it is needed and to transform human lives and situations which seem beyond our control
"I waited patiently for the Lord; he turned to me and heard my cry. He lifted me out of the slimy pit, out of the mud and mire; he set my feet on a rock and gave me a firm place to stand. He put a new song in my mouth, a hymn of praise to our God"
Psalm 40:1-3
'A man with leprosy came and knelt before him and said "Lord, if you are willing, you can make me clean". Jesus reached out his hand and touched the man. "I am willing," he said "Be clean!". Immediately he was cured of his leprosy.'
