Alpha Course

 

This 10 week course has been attended by 24 million people in 169 countries, in 112 languages, since its inception in London in 1990. It is structured as a series of interactive sessions that freely explore the basics of the Christian faith.

 

Each evening takes the form of a meal, a 40 minute video, and an hours discussion about the subject matter.

• Why and how should I read the bible?

• Why and how do I pray?

• How does God guide us?

• Who is the Holy Spirit?

• What Does the Holy Spirit Do?

• How Can I Resist Evil?

• Does God Heal Today?

• Why and How Should We Tell Others?

• How Can I Make the Most of the Rest of My Life?

 

There is usually a full Saturday later in the course to explore the teaching of the experience of the Holy Spirit.
