Family Fun Church at Broom Methodist Church – 02/07/23

Recently at Family Fun Church we focused on ‘The Trinity’! We spent time breaking it down to look at each element closely and what it all means.

During our worship we had a lot of audience participation as we asked what everyone thought the Trinity was. Opening up this pool of conversation allowed us to explore together any questions. The Trinity is the unity of the Father, Son and the Holy Spirit and is referred to often throughout Christianity. It helps us understand the complex nature of God and states what we as Christians believe God ‘is’. To help us remember what each part of the Trinity represents we created a suncatcher in the shape of a triangle with each element written on to display in our homes. Whilst making these we reaffirmed the teachings from the service and how it applied to the craft we were creating.

We followed this up by sharing together in a meal provided by our catering team at Broom Methodist Church and wrapped up with some parachute games.
